Avocado-tillo Salsa
Avocados and tomatillo salsa are delicious on their own, but combine them and they’ll knock your socks off!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, pits removed
- 1 jar tomatillo salsa, whatever brand you like
- 1 bag tortilla chips, for dipping
Yields: 4 appetizer servings
Preparation
Scoop the flesh out of the avocados and drop it into the bowl of a food processor. Purée until smooth.
Add in the tomatillo salsa and pulse the machine a few more times to get everything mixed together. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and you are in for a party!
