Brie and Pear Pound Cake Panini

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 slices pound cake
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 2 slices Brie
  • Nonstick vegetable spray, for coating

Yields: 2

Preparation

Spread honey on pound cake slices and layer in the pear and brie slices. Spray a panini press or grill pan with nonstick spray and grill panini until golden brown.
