Buddy Valastro's Vampire Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 medium-size cookies, homemade or store-bought
- Nutella or strawberry jam, for spreading
- Mini marshmallows, for decorating
- Pine nuts or silvered almonds, for decorating
Yields: 12 cookie sandwiches
Preparation
Cut each cookie in half.
On each cookie half, spread either Nutella or strawberry jam. Place marshmallows on top of the jam or Nutella. Place the other cookie half on top of the marshmallows, sandwiching them between the two cookie halves.
Stick two pine nuts, or almond slivers, into the marshmallows to create the illusion of fangs.
