• 6 English muffins, split and toasted
• 1 pound crabmeat
• 1 package Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
• 1 package shredded parmesan
• Old Bay seasoning, for sprinkling

Preparation

Top muffins with crabmeat and dust with bay seasoning. Top with cheese and another sprinkle of Old Bay.

Cook at 400°F for approximately 4 minutes. Broil cheese until golden brown.
