Preparation
Top muffins with crabmeat and dust with bay seasoning. Top with cheese and another sprinkle of Old Bay.
Cook at 400°F for approximately 4 minutes. Broil cheese until golden brown.

Ingredients
- 6 English muffins, split and toasted
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1 package Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 package shredded parmesan
- Old Bay seasoning, for sprinkling
