Carla Hall's Spiced Whipped Cream
This recipe can be used as a topper for any homemade or store-bought pumpkin pie!
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice*
Yields:
Preparation
Place heavy cream in a medium-size mixing bowl. Using a whisk or hand-held mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Fold in pumpkin pie spice.
- If you do not have pumpkin pie spice, use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice
