Carole Reed's Apricot Herb Green Beans With Bacon
One of the finalist's recipes in Rachael's "Ten Ingredient Challenge"
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 4 cups frozen French style green beans
- 1/3 herb apricot mix recipe
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- Salt and pepper
Yields: 4-6 servings
Preparation
Melt butter in medium-size skillet with EVOO over medium heat. Add beans, sautéing until most of the moisture has evaporated, about 3-5 mintues. Add herb apricot mix and bacon bits, sautéing for about one minute more. Salt and pepper to taste.
