Chipotle Ranch BBQ Sauce or Dipper
Another bottom-of-the-jar recipe!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce, whatever's left at the bottom of the jar
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (eyeball it)
- 1 chipotle in adobo, seeded and chopped (optional)
Yields: about 1/2 cup
Preparation
Add an equal amount of ranch dressing to some BBQ sauce in the bottom of an almost-empty jar. If desired, add in chipotle and some of the adobo sauce.
Shake to combine.
Serve as a sauce or dipper with chicken fingers, chips, or chopped veggies.
