Cran-Marnier Sauce
Serve this with Roast Turkey Breast with Citrus Pesto and Shallot Gravy.
Ingredients
- 1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 nip orange-flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
Yields: about 2 cups
Preparation
In a food processor, combine cranberries, sugar, about 1/4 cup water and orange liqueur. Process until relatively smooth (there should still be some chunks in it). Serve chilled or at room temperature.
