Marc Murphy's Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 pinch herbes de Provence
- 2 tablespoons EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Almost-empty jar of Dijon mustard
Yields:
Preparation
Add red wine vinegar, water, herbes de Provence and EVOO to the mustard jar. Seal closed and shake vigorously until combined.
