Dolores Donnelly’s Rib Recipe
This recipe was used in Rival Ray:Ribs. Dolores uses baby back ribs and fills a roasting pan that is the size of her oven, about 15x30.
Ingredients
- Rub:
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
Yields: About 15 to 17 slabs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Allow meat to come to room temperature. Rub mixture all over ribs and cover with tin foil. Place ribs in a 325 oven for about 4 - 6 hours. About 1 hour before you are ready to eat, check the ribs and remove the foil.
