Douglas Feldman's "Teach me How to Dougie!" Steak & Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce rib-eye steak
- 3 large shrimp
- 1 bulb roasted garlic
- Cilantro marinade (olive oil, roasted garlic, and lime juice)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 corn tortillas

- Salsa for Topping
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can chopped chilies
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- Grilled pineapple
- 3 stalks of green onion
- Salt and pepper
- Cumin
- Mexican spices
Yields: 2
Preparation
Heat gas or charcoal grill till hot.
Stuff steak with jalapenos, garlic, and green onion.
Rub steak with remaining seasonings.
Marinate shrimp in olive oil, roasted garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Grill steak 4 minutes on each side.
Grill shrimp until tender and juicy.
Brush tortillas with marinade. Grill them lightly.
Plate tortillas on plate with steak, shrimp, and salsa.
Top with a spring of cilantro.
