Dress Up Your Ramen

For a quick and easy supper, reach for a pack of Ramen noodles and dress them up a bit.

Ingredients

  • 1 package ramen noodles, whatever flavor you like
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Yields: Serves 1

Preparation

In a medium-size saucepot, prepare the ramen noodles according the package directions.

As soon as they’re done, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the eggs (be sure to keep stirring the soup while adding the egg). Serve warm.
