Preparation
On each skewer, thread a cheesecake bite, piece of pineapple, cheesecake bite, strawberry, cheesecake bite, pineapple, cheesecake bite, strawberry, and one final cheesecake bite. Repeat this process with all the remaining skewers.
Fruit and Cheesecake Bite Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 container (about 40 pieces) Sara Lee cheesecake bites
- 1 whole fresh pineapple, cut into bite-size chunks
- 16 medium strawberries
- 8 wooden or metal skewers
Yields: 4 servings of 2 skewers each
