Mini Memphis-Style BBQ Burgers

Prepare using your favorite homemade coleslaw. Or, make it easy and purchase coleslaw from the deli department of your supermarket. Secure assembled sandwiches with decorative picks

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
  • 4 Kraft Singles, halved
  • 8 slider buns, toasted
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw
  • 4 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked, cut in half
  • 1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Memphis Style Barbecue Sauce

Yields: 8 servings


Preparation

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Mix meat and onions; shape into 8 patties.

Grill 3 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Singles for the last minute.

Fill buns with burgers and remaining ingredients.
