Rach's Prep Kitchen: Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 4 large pieces of romaine lettuce
- 6 slices of Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Lower Sodium Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, chopped
- 6 slices of Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Lower Sodium Smoked Ham, chopped
- About 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 3 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
- Blue cheese crumbles
- 1 lemon, juiced for finishing touches
- Olive oil
Yields: Serves 4
Preparation
Lay romaine leaves out on a platter. Fill each leaf with chopped turkey and ham, tomatoes, avocado slices, egg slices, and blue cheese crumbles. Squeeze lemon juice over each filled lettuce leaf and drizzle with olive oil.
