Retro Snack: Mini Goat Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 log plain goat cheese
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of cumin
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of oregano
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of garlic
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of chili powder

Yields: 8-10 cheese balls

Preparation

Roll pieces of the log into bite-size balls.

Step

Roll into assorted spices of your choice.
