Preparation
For the turkey patties: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix ground turkey meat with turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper and paprika. Form small turkey burgers by taking ground turkey the size of a golf ball and flattening into a round patty. Place patties on frying pan with a little oil and cook each side for 3 to 5 minutes. Finish each patty in the oven to cook to desired wellness.
For the Chili Garlic Hummus: Combine chickpeas, garlic cloves, tahini, cilantro, parsley, chili paste, juice from 1 lemon, and salt and pepper, blend in a food processor. Slowly add EVOO until you reach a smooth consistency. Add salt, pepper and chili paste to your liking.
