Ryan Scott's Goat Cheese Spread
This versatile spread can be frozen in small batches for an easy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound goat cheese, chunked in pieces
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
Yields: 2 cups
Preparation
Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not over mix. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
