Turkey Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover Bolognese sauce
  • 1 cup chicken stock, warmed, regular or low sodium stock
  • 1/2 cup croutons, any kind you like

Yields: 1-2 servings

Preparation

In a large 3-4 cup thermos, combine the Bolognese and the stock, put a lid and take it to go. If serving in a bowl, serve with croutons on top.
