Tuscan BBQ Sauce
Turn the last bits in the barbeque sauce jar into an Italian-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce, whatever's left at the bottom of the jar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (eyeball it)
Yields: about 1/2 cup
Preparation
Pour a couple of splashes of balsamic vinegar into the bottom of an almost-empty BBQ sauce bottle and shake to combine.
Serve sauce over grilled steaks or portobello mushrooms.
