Q: How do I retrieve a lost username and / or password?
A: You can have your Club RR username and password e-mailed to you by sending us a request from the e-mail address you used to join Club RR.

Q: Are usernames and password case-sensitive?
A: Usernames are not, but for security purposes passwords are case-sensitive.

Q: How will I know if I won a giveaway?
A: If your name is selected, you'll receive an e-mail from Rachael Ray Webmaster (webmaster@rachaelrayshow.com). You may want to add that to your address book to ensure that you receive the e-mail. Good luck!

Q: How can I check who won a giveaway?
