Q: What is Club RR?
A: Club RR is a free community where Rachael Ray fans can interact with each other, enter giveaways, and receive a weekly newsletter with a first look at what's ahead along with a grocery list so you can cook with Rach. Click here to join.

Q: How do I retrieve a lost username and / or password?
A: You can have your ClubRR username and password e-mailed to your address on file by requesting a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, send a request.

Q: Why am I not getting e-mails from your site?
A: The most common fix is to add the following e-mail addresses to your address book or approved list: clubrr@rachaelrayshow.com, newsletter@rachaelrayshow.com, and webmaster@rachaelrayshow.com

Q: How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A: Simply click the "Unsubscribe" link on the bottom of the newsletter or login to your ClubRR account and change your newsletter preferences.

Q: Why haven’t I heard from my tech support request?
A: Due to the volume of e-mail we receive, we are unable to reply to every e-mail request. But we do our best and will try to reply as soon as possible.

Q: How do I change my e-mail on file?
A: Login to your ClubRR account and click on the "my profile" link in the blue box on the right.

Q: Are usernames and password case-sensitive?
A: Usernames are not, but for security purposes passwords are case-sensitive.

Q: How do I find a recipe?
A: Recipes are linked on each day's show page, but are all also available in our food section.

Q: How do I print a recipe?
A: On the recipe page, under the picture are "Print" and "Send to a Friend" buttons. Simply click the "Print" button and choose the style of recipe and click "Print".

Q: How can I get tickets to the show?
