Grab your knives, turn on those ovens, and get cracking in your kitchens -- Rachael’s cooking competition is back and bigger than ever! This time, six viewers will compete in an intense series of showdowns for the ultimate title, so if you'd like to audition, send in a video of yourself in the kitchen showing off your cooking skills, creativity and personality -- who knows, you could find yourself joining Jenn, Sweet Pete and Madison as Hey, Can You Cook?! champions!

Before you grab your camera, here's a few things you should know:

We're looking for "non-professional" cooks - not professional chefs (we know you can cook!)
You'll need to be available throughout March and April for show tapings
Mini DV, DVD, VHS and Hi-8 are acceptable
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid U.S. passport
Audition submissions need to be received by Monday, March 23, 2009
Submitted videos will not be returned and will become property of the show
