Challenge Under the Big Top Donna, Penny and Tamar have made it through an adventure on the high seas and a vicious Mother's Day brunch battle, but there's no time to rest now! After a wake-up call at the crack of dawn, the trio are driven to the New York Water Taxi for a pre-dawn ride up the East River. Colby greets them on board and explains that their destination is Randall's Island, where their next challenge will take place under the big top of Cirque du Soleil!

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Cirque du Soleil is on the road with its latest ouring show, Kooza. For the 53 performing artists, each show is a physically demanding experience and requires a healthy pre-show meal to help keep them energized throughout the performance. Today's challenge requires the contestants to create a protein-based, low-fat meal that the performers will eat right before they go on. They will have 30 minutes to prepare, plate and deliver their meals to three waiting artists, who will share their feedback with Rachael's culinary staff.

As the winner of last week's elimination challenge, Donna gets to pick her ingredients and choose those for her opponents:
Donna: fresh tuna, tomatoes and spinach;
Penny: turkey cutlets, cauliflower and sugar snap peas;
Tamar: beef steak, broccoli and red peppers

"Cooking for Clowns" Working in the cramped quarters of Cirque du Soleil's traveling kitchen, the contestants race to finish their meals and rush them to Tapis Rouge, the VIP tent where the three performers wait to judge their meals. The ladies then enjoy an evening at the show, but must wait until they get back to Rachael's studio to find out who will return to battle it out in next week's big finale!
