You’ve probably heard that bone broth is all the rage right now (Rach points out that there are even NYC restaurants dedicated to it) -- but do you know why?

Well, for one -- as nutritionist JJ Smith divulged when she visited our show -- some studies show that it could actually help ward off wrinkles.

“If you think about wrinkles, they happen because the collagen begins to break down in our skin,” JJ explains. “Some research says [bone broth] will actually help you produce collagen from the inside out.”

“Some people run to get collagen creams and try to put it on their face,” JJ continues. “[But] you want to produce it from the inside.”

JJ actually drinks her broth straight out of a teacup! Plus, it curbs her appetite and prevents her from overeating in the afternoon.
