2 plums, thinly sliced
6 to 8 mint leaves
1/4 cup of St. Germain or any Elderflower liquor
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 bottle rose, such as Sancerre
A few drops of rose water, optional
In a large pitcher, muddle blueberries, plums and mint with the St.Germain just enough to release some of the berries juices. Add in lime slices, pour in all of the wine and add a few cups of rose water; stir to combine.
Serve glasses over ice.
