1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons parsley, tarragon and/or thyme, chopped
2 tablespoons EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Add all the ingredients into the honey bear, replace the lid and shake until combined. Use the dressing to marinate chicken before grilling or sauting, and save it in the fridge for a quick salad during the week.
