Serves 6-8 as a snack

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoons grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
In a large serving bowl, combine the salt, grated ginger and sesame seeds.
Place popcorn and oil in a large kettle or pot with a tight-fitting lid over medium heat. When corn begins to pop, shake the pot constantly. When popping slows, remove pot from heat and pour the popcorn into the bowl with the sesame-ginger mixture. Toss to coat.
