- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice*
Place heavy cream in a medium-size mixing bowl. Using a whisk or hand-held mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Fold in pumpkin pie spice.
If you do not have pumpkin pie spice, use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice
