Originally aired November 12, 2012
- 1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeo, seeded and finely diced
- 1 cup sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 shots of Tequila
Boil the cranberries, jalapeo, sugar, pinch of salt and 1 cup of water. Cook until cranberries begin to burst. Add in the lime juice and zest and tequila.
Remove from heat, let cool and transfer to a serving dish.
