Buddy Valastro's Leftover Candy Ice Cream

Serves 1 gallon of ice cream
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
3 cups leftover Halloween candy

Set ice cream out at room temperature for a while to let it soften.

If necessary, chop the candy pieces into smaller pieces so they are easier to mix into the ice cream.

Place ice cream into a large bowl. Fold in the candy pieces with a large rubber spatula. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the freezer to harden back up.

Scoop and serve with your favorite ice cream toppings.
