- 2 shallots, diced
- Almost-empty jar of orange marmalade
- 1 cup warm water or chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
Add shallots, contents from the bottom of orange marmalade jar and warm water or chicken stock to a small saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until reduced to a glaze. Serve over seared duck breasts or chicken.
