- Cooking spray
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 2 caramel candies
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
Fill the mugs: Spray the insides of two 12-ounce mugs (1 1/2 cups capacity) with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk egg and chocolate syrup until bubbly. In a small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon and salt, then sift over the whisked egg and sugar. Gently fold to combine then divide and pour in the prepared mugs.
Zap the mugs! Place both mugs in the microwave and zap for 2 minutes. Open microwave and push a caramel into the center of each mug. Zap mugs for 40-50 seconds more. Remove and allow mugs to cool slightly before eating. Eat in the mug or use a large spoon to scoop it out onto a plate and enjoy!
