- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 5 grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 5 Kalamata olives, halved
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
Pour olive oil and vinegar into the bottom of a large jar. Shake well to combine. Add layers of tomatoes, chicken, olives, basil, Feta and spinach.
Seal jar and keep upright until ready to shake and enjoy.
