Jorge Cruise's Savory Squares

Originally aired

  • 1 ice cube tray
  • Chopped herbs of your choice such as: rosemary, thyme, basil, sage, etc.
  • 12 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Fill each ice cube tray slot with your choice of chopped herb 3/4 of the way. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each slot and freeze.

Remove cubes from freezer when ready to use.
