Dr. Sanjay Guptas Super Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup ice
1 cup soy milk
1 squeeze of honey
1 pinch of cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until well-blended and smooth.
