1/2 to 3/4 can pumpkin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Dash each mace, cloves and grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon Mapleine (maple flavoring)
Prepare waffle mix according to package directions. Add in remaining ingredients. If mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk, half-n-half or whatever you use in your coffee.
Let rest while waffle iron heats up.
Brush iron with butter, then pour batter and cook waffles to brown.
Top with your choice: maple syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar or all three!
