Taraji P. Henson's Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey

Ingredients
Smoked turkey parts (legs, wings, whatever)
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
3 bunches collard greens
Preparation

Boil turkey and onion for one hour in 3 quarts water. Wash greens thoroughly and cut out middle stem.

Add greens to water and continue cooking for another 45 minutes

Drain and chop greens before serving.
