Originally aired January 20, 2012
- Smoked turkey parts (legs, wings, whatever)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 3 bunches collard greens
Boil turkey and onion for one hour in 3 quarts water. Wash greens thoroughly and cut out middle stem.
Add greens to water and continue cooking for another 45 minutes
Drain and chop greens before serving.
