Ingredients
Large, green, pitted olives
Proscuitto, crisped (optional)
Flour, for dredging
1 egg, beaten
Panko breadcrumbs, for coating
Frying oil
Preparation

Stuff olives with prosciutto, if using. Coat olives in flour. Coat olives in egg.

Roll olives in Panko

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

EAT.
