Patti LaBelle's Fried Corn

1/2 cup of water
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of half-and-half
Kernels scraped from 12 ears of corn
Lady Marmalade Seasoned Sea Salt, to taste
Lady Marmalade Seasoned Pepper, to taste
For garnish:
1/2 cup finely diced red onions
1/2 cup finely diced habaero peppers
2 tablespoons chopped scallions with some green part
2 tablespoons diced fine jalapeos
1/2 cup diced heirloom tomatoes
1/2 cup arugula
1/2 cup cilantro
Lady Marmalade Chili & Dill

Pour water into a medium-size skillet over medium heat. Add butter and cream, and stir. Add corn and seasoning. Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently for 10 minutes.
