- 2-3 medium shoulder steaks
- red bell pepper
- green bell peper
- yellow onion
- black pepper
- parsley flakes
- kitchen bouquet browning sauce
- olive oil
Heat oil in cooking pan, sear steaks on both sides, remove from pan and remove excess oil.
Saute red and green bell peppers and onions. Add steaks and browning sauce with one cup of water.
Cover and let cook for 1-1 1/2 hrs until done.
