Season the flour with season all, salt & pepper and garlic powder. Then, coat the chicken (will need 5 large chicken wings) in seasoning and fry it 2 to 3 minutes on each side in canola oil.
Then make the rue for smothering. Then, saut onions and flour until they brown.
Lastly, put the chicken back in the pan with the rue and let it simmer in chicken broth for 15 to 30 minutes.
