Sheryl Howards Baked Ziti

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box - Ziti Noodles
  • 1 package - Ground Turkey
  • 2 packages - Mozarella Cheese
  • 1 package -Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp - Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tbsp - Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 jars sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
PREPARATION

Brown ground turkey (you can also add sausage) with diced onions, bell peppers, salt, pepper, seasoning salt and garlic.

While ground turkey is browning, prepare Ziti noodles in boiling water with salt and a little Olive Oil (to keep the noodles from sticking) until tender.

Once the Ground Turkey mixture is browned, add some of the cheeses, Ragu and noodles and mix until well blended, then put into a baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top of the blended mixture and bake on 350 for 20-30 minutes (just enough to melt the cheese so it's real cheesy).
