John Besh's Creole Spices

Ingredients
2 tablespoons celery salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon course sea salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation

Blend all of these spices together and store covered in a dry place.
