Rach's Prep Kitchen: Cobb Salad

Ingredients
4 large pieces of romaine lettuce
6 slices of Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Lower Sodium Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, chopped
6 slices of Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Lower Sodium Smoked Ham, chopped
About 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
3 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
Blue cheese crumbles
1 lemon, juiced for finishing touches
Olive oil
Preparation

Lay romaine leaves out on a platter. Fill each leaf with chopped turkey and ham, tomatoes, avocado slices, egg slices, and blue cheese crumbles. Squeeze lemon juice over each filled lettuce leaf and drizzle with olive oil.
