- 1 USDA Choice Loin Sirloin Tip Steak
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons A-1 Steak sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 5-6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Montreal steak seasoning
In a large bowl, combine onion, vinegar, steak sauce, BBQ sauce, garlic, cumin and Worcestershire. Season the steak with half the sauce and reserve the other half for serving.
Grill steak on both sides until its finished. Season with Montreal steak seasoning
Let the steak cool/rest and then serve with the leftover sauce.
