- 3 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 small jalapeo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- A few sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Coarse salt, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
