Wes Martin's Parmesan Lemon Butter

Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Pinch garlic powder
Preparation

Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Great for steamed vegetables, rice, or simple boiled pasta
