Makes 2 cups

- 2 cups non-fat Greek-style yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Assorted veggies for dipping, such as carrots, celery and zucchini spears
Mix the yogurt together with the spices and some salt and pepper. Serve with veggies for dipping.
